Steve Ebbert is a forester/developer, where he plants trees, cuts them down, and builds office buildings with them. Well, he really doesn’t use the same trees, but you can see how hard it is to describe some vocations of stewardship. Steve along with his slave to Jesus wife, Laura and his high school junior son, Travis, and high school sophomore daughter, Ali attends Tuckston UMC in Athens, Georgia.
Steve became involved with The Sparrow’s Nest after getting too close to Earl on a 3 day spiritual growth retreat, and has been blessed ever sense. As at one time in his life he had no compassion for the down trodden, but Jesus awoke in him a spirit of love for His people, all of His people, through Christ’s exposure to His people in the Nest.
